Success Stories

Success at MRSH sites is really the success of teachers who have, with MRSH's encouragement and coaching, been able to build upon the wisdom they have about what works for their children to create schools where students achieve their best.

When MRSH trainers first go to a school to present the staff with an Overview of the training they will receive, they ask participants, “What are the best things about this school?” The answers provide staff with an opportunity to affirm the strengths of their school, make others aware of perceptions held by their colleagues, and provide the trainer with insight about the school. These “best things” are then used in helping the school develop its vision for their students' success. In this section of our Web site, you'll read about student successes – some small wins, some huge gains – but all of them are representative of the “best things” about MRSH.
